| Ansal Properties & Infrastructure Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on August 11, 2015, inter alia, has transacted the following:<BR><BR>1. Resignation of Shri. Amitav Ganguly from the position of Company Secretary w.e.f. closure of working hours on the August 31, 2015.<BR><BR>2. Promotion and appointment of Shri. Abdul Sami as DGM & Company Secretary w.e.f. September 01, 2015.<BR><BR>3. Appointment of M/s S.S. Kothari Mehta & Company, Chartered Accountants as Statutory Auditors of the Company from the conclusion of the ensuing Annual General Meeting (AGM) till the conclusion of fifty third AGM of the Company to be held in the year 2020 and to fix their remuneration.<BR><BR>4. Approved the proposal of providing Corporate Guarantee and / or providing securities of the Company upto Rs. 450 crores (Rupees four hundred fifty crores only) and interest etc. on behalf of M/s. Ansal Phalak Infrastructure Private Limited.<BR><BR>5. Approved the proposal of providing Corporate Guarantee and/or providing securities of the Company upto Rs. 320 crores (Rupees three hundred twenty crores only) and interest etc. on behalf of M/s. Ansal API Infrastructure Limited. | |
