Anuh Pharma Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company would meet on November 07, 2015, to consider and approve the Unaudited Financial Results (provisional) of the Company for the quarter ended September 30, 2015.<BR><BR>Further, in accordance with code of conduct for prevention of Insider Trading framed by the Company pursuant to the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulation, 2015, the Trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company shall remain closed for all the Directors, Officers, Designated Employees and Others covered under the said Code from October 29, 2015 till November 10, 2015 (both days inclusive).
