| Anuh Pharma Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company would meet on February 12, 2016, to consider and approve the Unaudited Financial Results (provisional) of the Company for the quarter ended December 31, 2015.<BR><BR>Further, in accordance with code of conduct for prevention of Insider Trading framed by the Company and pursuant to the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulation, 2015, the Trading vwndow for dealing in the securities of the Company shall remain closed for all the Directors, Officers, Designated Employees and Others covered under the said Code from February 04, 2016 till February 16, 2016 (both days inclusive).<BR><BR>Accordingly, all Directors / Officers / Designated Employees of the Company have been advised not to trade in the securities of the Company during the aforesaid period of closure of Trading Window. | |
