Anuh Pharma Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 27, 2016, inter alia, have recommended a final dividend of 10% i.e. Rs. 0.50/- per equity share of Rs. 5/ each for the financial year ended March 31, 2016, subject to the approval of the Shareholder at the ensuing Annual General Meeting.
