Anuh Pharma Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 27, 2016, inter alia, for the following agenda:<BR><BR>1. To consider and approve the Audited Financial Results of the Company for the financial year ended March 31, 2016;<BR><BR>2. To recommend final Dividend, if any, for the financial year 2015-16; and<BR><BR>Further, that in accordance with code of conduct for prevention of Insider Trading framed by the Company & pursuant to the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the Trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company shall remain closed for all the Directors, Officers, Designated Employees and Others covered under the said Code, from May 20, 2016 till May 31, 2016 (both days inclusive).
