Apcotex Industries Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at their meeting held on May 05, 2017, inter alia, have approved the following:<BR><BR>- Recommended payment of annual dividend of Rs. 4.50 per equity shares of the face value of Rs. 5 each for the financial year ended March 31, 2017, subject to approval of shareholders at the ensuing 31st Annual General Meeting.
