Apis India Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on September 01, 2015, to transact the following businesses;<BR><BR>1. To consider, approve and adopt the Audited Balance Sheet, Statement of Profit & loss and Directors Report for the year ended March 31, 2015.<BR><BR>2. To fix date, time and venue for the forthcoming 33rd Annual General Meeting of the Company.<BR><BR>3. To consider and approve the Annual Report of the Company for the financial year 2014-2015.<BR><BR>4. To recommend dividend on Preference Shares, if any.<BR><BR>5. To consider the date for Closure of Register of Members and Share Transfer Books of the Company.
