Apollo Tyres Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 11, 2016 for consideration of Audited Financial Results (Standalone & Consolidated) for the year ended March 31, 2016 and recommendation of dividend, if any.<BR><BR>In this connection, as per the Companys Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading, the trading window for dealing in securities of the Company will remain closed for all Insiders from April 20, 2016 to May 13, 2016 (both days inclusive).
