With reference to the earlier announcement dated April 19, 2016, Apollo Tyres Ltd has now informed BSE that in the meeting of Board of Directors of the Company scheduled on May 11, 2016, the Company is proposing to consider the issue of Non Convertible Debentures (NCD's) through Private Placement within the limits approved by members through Postal Ballot on October 17, 2015.
