| Apple Finance Ltd has informed BSE that the Company's 28th Annual General Meeting will be held on September 25, 2014<br/><br/>In compliance with Section 108 of the Companies Act, 2013 and the rules made thereunder, the shareholders of the Company will be provided with the facility to cast their vote electronically through the e-Voting services provided by Central Depository Services (India) Limited on all resolutions embodied in the Notice of the Annual General Meeting.<br/><br/>The e-Voting period will commence on Thursday, September 18, 2014 (10.00 a.m.) and will end on Saturday, September 20, 2014 (6.00 p.m.). During this period, Members of the Company, holding shares either in physical form or in electronic form, as on Tuesday, September 9, 2014 may cast their vote electronically.<br/><br/>The voting rights of Members shall be in proportion to the shares held by them in the paid-up equity share capital of the Company as on Tuesday, September 09, 2014. | |
