APTECH LTD. - Aptech Ltd reply to clarification sought by the exchange

The Exchange had sought clarification from Aptech Ltd with respect to news appearing on Asian Age on August 19, 2015 titled "Lakme ties up with Aptech"<BR><BR>Aptech Ltd replied stating "This is to clarify that Lakme Lever Private Limited (Lakme) and Maya Entertainment Limited (MEL), a wholly owned subsidiary of Aptech Limited has signed an agreement in this month, whereunder, MEL will introduce new courses for training in Beauty services segment under the branding - 'Lakme Academy Powered by Aptech'. The Company expects to set up about 3 franchise centres in the current financial year FY 15 for this product, from which revenue is likely to be of the order of Rs. 15-25 lacs with no impact on the bottom line in FY 2015-16."
