Aptech Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on April 29, 2015, inter alia, has <BR>approved declaration of interim dividend of Rs. 1.75 per share (17.5%) to be paid to the shareholders of 39893560 equity shares of Rs. 10 each. The amount of interim dividend accordingly is Rs. 69,813,730.00.
