Aqua Pumps Infra Ventures Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 25, 2015, to consider the following business:<BR><BR>1. To consider and adopt the Audited Financial Accounts for the Quarter and Financial Year ended on March 31, 2015 and to note the Auditors Report thereon.<BR><BR>Further, pursuant to the provisions of Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 1992 and as per the terms of "Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading" of the Company, the trading window shall remain closed from May 15, 2015 to May 25, 2015 (both days inclusive) and shall reopen on May 26, 2015 for Directors and Designated Employees as defined in the Code.
