Archies Ltd has informed BSE that Mr. Pankaj Kamra has resigned from the post of Company Secretary with effect from February 09, 2016 and subsequently the Company has appointed Mr. Gautam as Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of the Company with effect from February 09, 2016. The same has been approved by the Board of Directors of the Company in their meeting held on February 09, 2016 under Section 179 read with Section 203 of the Companies Act, 2013 and Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
