Archies Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on July 31, 2015, inter alia, to consider and approve the unaudited financial results of the Company for the First Quarter ended June 30, 2015.<BR><BR>Further, in accordance with SEBl (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulation 2015, the trading window of the Company will be closed with effect from July 21, 2015 to August 02, 2015 (both days inclusive) in connection with the forthcoming Board Meeting of the Company to be held on July 31, 2015.
