Arcotech Ltd has informed BSE that a Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 29, 2015, inter alia, to consider and approve the Audited Financial Results for the Quarter and Financial year ended March 31, 2015.<BR><BR>Further, as per SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the Trading window for dealing in Equity Shares of the Company will be closed from May 21, 2015 to May 31, 2015 (Both Days Inclusive) for the purpose of declaration of Audited financial results of the Company for the Quarter and financial year ended March 31, 2015.
