Arcotech Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 30, 2016, inter alia, has transacted the following; <BR><BR>- Recommended dividend of Re. 1.50/- on the equity shares of face value of Rs. 10/- each for the financial year ended March 31, 2016.The Dividend, if approved by members in the ensuing Annual General Meeting of the Company, shall be paid on or before October 26, 2016.<BR><BR>The meeting of Board of Directors commenced at 12:15 pm and concluded at 2:00 pm.
