Aries Agro Ltd has informed BSE that a Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on November 06, 2015, inter alia, to transact the following items:<BR><BR>- Approval of Un-Audited Financial Results (Standalone & Consolidated) for the Quarter and Half Year ended September 30, 2015.<BR><BR>Further, the Trading Window for Trading in the Company's Shares by all the Directors, Officers, Designated Employees and all Employees shall remain closed from October 23, 2015 to November 08, 2015 (both days inclusive) on account of declaration of Un-Audited Financial Results for the Quarter and Half Year ended on September 30, 2015. The Trading Window will remain open from November 09, 2015.
