Dear Sir, Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (Listing Regulations), please note the following Out Come of the Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company held on 27th April, 2017: 1. Appointment of Dr. Rahul Mirchandani as Managing Director of the Company i.e. Aries Agro Limited with effect from 4th April, 2017 for a period of 5(Five) years commencing from 4th April, 2017 upto and inclusive of 31st March, 2022 at a remuneration for a period of 3(Three) Years i.e. upto 31st March, 2020. Please note that this is in partial modification of the Resolution passed at the Board Meeting held on 3rd April, 2017 the Out Come of which was intimated to the Exchanges on the same day.
