| Arihant Superstructures Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on February 12, 2014, inter alia, to transact the following :<br/><br/>1. To take on record Unaudited Financial results for the quarter ended December 31, 201 3 along with Limited review report from the Statutory Auditors of the Company for the same;<br/><br/>2. To consider, discuss and take on record the Internal Audit Report submitted by the Internal Auditors of the Company for the quarter ending December 31, 2013;<br/><br/>3. To review and discuss about the progress report of all projects of the Company and its Subsidiaries;<br/><br/>4. To review the Compliance reports of all laws applicable to the Company as per clause 49 of the Listing Agreement;<br/><br/>5. To review the Risk Assessment and Minimisation Procedures as per clause 49 of the Listing Agreement;<br/><br/>6. To take on record the certificates from CEO and CFO regarding truth and fairness of financial statements for the quarter ended on December 31, 2013;<br/><br/>7. To take on record related party transaction, if any; | |
