To read and note the Minutes of the previous Meeting of the Independent Directors. 2. To review the performance of the Non-Independent Directors and the Board as a whole. 3. To review the performance of the Chairman of the Company. 4. To assess the Quality, Quantity and Timeliness of flow of information between the Company Management and the Board. 5. Any other matter with the permission of the Chair. You are requested to please take the same on records and inform the stakeholders accordingly.
