Arms Paper Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors in the Board Meeting held on May 13, 2015 have approved the Code of Practices and Procedures for Fair Disclosure of Unpublished Price Sensitive Information in compliance with Regulation 8(1) of Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 ("Regulations") read with Schedule A of the Regulations.
