| Arnav Corporation Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of Board of Directors of the Company will be held on November 06, 2015, inter alia, to consider, approve and take on record the Un-audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended September 30, 2015 along with the Limited Review Report received; from the Statutory Auditors of the Company.<BR><BR>Further, as per the Companys Code of Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading, framed pursuant to the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 1992, the trading window for dealing in securities of the Company will be closed for the purpose of declaration of Un-Audited Financial Results of the Company for the Quarter ended September 30, 2015 for all the Officers and Designated Employees (including Directors) of the Company from October 28, 2015 to November 09, 2015 (both days inclusive).<BR><BR>Accordingly, all Officers and Designated Employees (including Directors) have been advised not to enter any transaction involving the securities of the Company during the aforesaid period of closure of Trading Window. | |
