Arora Fibres Ltd has informed BSE that the meeting of Board of Directors of the Company will be held on February 12, 2016, inter alia, to consider the following business:<BR><BR>- Unaudited Financial results of the Company for quarter and nine months ended on December 31, 2015.<BR><BR>Further pursuant to the provisions of the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and as per the terms of Code of Conduct for prevention of Insider Trading of the Company, the trading window shall remain closed from February 10, 2016 to February 14, 2016 (Both days inclusive) for Directors and Designated Persons as defined in the Code.
