Arora Fibres Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on November 20, 2015, inter alia, to transact the following:<BR><BR>1. To consider and take on record the Due Diligence Report of Merchant Banker pursuant to Regulation 8(1E) of the SEBI (Delisting of Equity Shares) Regulations, 2009.<BR><BR>2. To consider and appoint Scrutinizers to give their report on Postal Ballot.<BR><BR>3. To consider and approve the Calendar of Events for Postal Ballot.<BR><BR>4. To consider closure of Trading Window from November 18, 2015 to November 21, 2015 (both days inclusive) as per SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015.
