Arrow Textiles Ltd has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 12, 2015, inter alia, to consider and approve the Audited Financial Results of die Company for the financial year ended March 31, 2015.<BR><BR>In this regard, as per Company's Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading, the Trading Window for dealing in securities of the Company, shall remain closed for all the Directors and other designated employees covered under the Code, from the closure of business hours of May 04, 2015 to closure of business hours of May 13, 2015.
