Dear Sir,<BR> <BR> In compliance of Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 this is to inform to your good-self that Board of Directors vide circular resolution dated 11th November, 2017 have approved the appointment of Mrs. Janhabi Deo (DIN: 07257699) as an 'Independent Director'of the company in terms of the provisions of the Companies Act, 2013 and subject to the approval of members in ensuing General Meeting of the company, for the period of one year w.e.f. 11th November, 2017 to 10th November, 2018 (for one year) not liable to retire by rotation.
