ARSS Infrastructure Projects Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on August 07, 2015, inter alia, to consider the unaudited Financial Result of the Company for the quarter ended on June 30, 2015.<BR><BR>In this connection, as per the Companys Code of conduct to regulate, monitor and report trading by insiders, adopted by the Board pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company is closed for the Specified Persons from July 31, 2015 to August 10, 2015 (both days inclusive).
