Arvind Ltd has informed BSE that <BR><BR>"We refer to the Scheme of Arrangement in the nature of demerger and transfer of Real Estate Undertaking of Arvind Limited to Arvind Infrastructure Limited as approved by the Hon'ble High Court of Gujarat.<BR><BR>We are receiving certain queries regarding the Transferee Company i.e. Arvind Infrastructure Limited, a company which was 100% subsidiary before the Scheme and after approval of the Scheme, it is now demerged and the shareholders of Arvind Limited will receive 1 (one) equity share of Arvind Infrastructure Limited for every 10 (ten) equity shares held by them in Arvind Limited.<BR><BR>Arvind Infrastructure Limited has prepared a brief information docket, which can be accessed at Arvind Infrastructure Limited's website at http://www.arvindinfra.com/lnvestors_Presentation.pdf"
