Arvind Remedies Ltd has informed BSE that :<BR><BR>"It has been decided by the Board of Directors in their meeting that the financial year ending of 2014-15 will be 30th June, 2015 and that the company will have the audited results for the 15 months. The company has requested the Registrar of Companies and obtained approval for extension of time to hold the 27th Annual General Meeting by 3 months, i.e. till December 2015.<BR><BR>The Board will consider the audited financial results for the quarter ended 31st March, 2015 and the quarter and year ended 30th June, 2015 in one meeting, once the audit is completed."
