Arvind Remedies Ltd has informed BSE that in the Board Meeting held on November 26, 2015, has discussed in detail reasons for the delay, the financial constraints through which the Company is passing through,and the restructuring request with the banks through investor by SDR route for which negotiations are going on.<BR><BR>Board felt that instead of considering unaudited results for the quarters ended March 31, 2015 and June 30, 2015 to avoid the notice of suspension, since the audit is going on, it is advisable to come out with the audited results for these quarters, along with the unaudited financial results for the quarter ended September 30, 2015. After considering the status of audit, it was decided that next Board meeting be convened on December 10, 2015 and necessary intimation in this regard be sent to the Stock Exchanges.
