With reference to the earlier announcement dated August 27, 2015, about Issue of 1,750,000 Convertible Warrants on Preferential Basis to Promoters/Promoter Group/Person acting in concert, Ashnoor Textile Mills Ltd has informed BSE that <BR>Board of Directors in its meeting held on September 01, 2015 has decided to withdraw the issue of above said warrants. Therefore this matter will not be placed before the member for their approval at the ensuing Annual General Meeting.
