With reference to the earlier letter dated March 30, 2015 regarding Sale of Stake in Avia Ashok Leyland Motors s.r.o., Ashok Leyland Ltd has now informed BSE that the entity has purchased the 100 % ownership interest in Avia Ashok Leyland Motors s.r.o from the Company is Ashok Leyland (UAE) LLC, our Associate Company. This has been done as part of the restructuring exercise of the Company's subsidiaries.
