Ashok Leyland Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on March 05, 2016 the proposal to delist the GDRs of the Company from the London Stock Exchange Limited had been approved by the Board of Directors, subject to compliance of various formalities required in this regard.<BR><BR>The underlying shares arising out of GDRs are listed with BSE Limited and National Stock Exchange of India Limited.
