Ashok Leyland Ltd has informed BSE that at the Annual General Meeting of the Company held on July 26, 2014, the shareholders approved (by e-voting and by Ballot Paper) the Special Resolution relating to amendment of Article 98 of the Articles of Association [Remuneration of Directors) by deletion of the existing article by substitution of the new one.
