With reference to the earlier announcement dated March 13, 2014 intimating on the appointment of Mr. Vinod K Dasari as the Managing Director of the Company for the period from April 01, 2014 to March 31, 2017, Ashok Leyland Ltd has submitted to BSE a copy of the abstract of the resolution (governing the terms and conditions of his appointment) which is being sent to shareholders in compliance of Section 302(2) of the Companies Act, 1956.
