Ashok Leyland Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 25, 2016, have approved the re-appointment of Mr. Vinod K. Dasari as the Managing Director of the Company for a term of five years from April 01, 2016 to March 31, 2021, subject the approval of the shareholders at the forthcoming Annual General Meeting.
