We hereby inform you that, pursuant to Regulation 29 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Wednesday, November 8, 2017 to inter alia consider and approve the standalone unaudited financial results of the Company for the quarter and six months ended September 30, 2017.<BR> <BR> In connection with the above, as per the Company's Code of Conduct to regulate, monitor and report trading by insiders, adopted by the Board pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company is closed for the Specified Persons from October 26, 2017 to November 10, 2017 (both days inclusive).<BR>
