| Ashoka Buildcon Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on January 30, 2015, inter alia, to consider and approve, unaudited standalone and consolidated Financial Results with Limited Review for the quarter ended December 31, 2014 (Q3 FY15) and declaration of Interim Dividend for FY 2014-15, if any.<BR><BR>Further, as per the Company's Code of Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading for Designated Employees, framed pursuant to the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 1992, the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company will remain closed for the purpose of declaration of financial results of the Company for the quarter ended December 31, 2014 and declaration of Interim Dividend, if any, for all Designated Employees (including Directors) of the Company and their dependents from January 20, 2015 till 24 hours after the announcement of the financial results of the Company to the Stock Exchanges (both days inclusive). | |
