Ashoka Buildcon Ltd has informed BSE that Nomination and Remuneration Committee of the Board of Directors of the Company has allotted 9,507 equity shares to eligible employees as per ESOP Scheme 2007 on June 13, 2015.<BR><BR>The share capital of the Company stands increased to Rs. 935,387,705/- divided into 187077541 equity shares of Rs. 5/- each fully paid.
