With reference to the earlier Announcement dated November 06, 2015, regarding Financial Results for Sept 30, 2015, Ashoka Buildcon Ltd has informed BSE that Revised audited stand alone (SFS) and consolidated financial statements (CFS) for the quarter & half year ended Sept. 30, 2015. The corrections have been made as follows:<BR><BR>1. The amount of paid-up share capital for the quarter ended Sept. 30, 2014 in item No. 14 of SFS was inadvertently mentioned as Rs. 7907.47 instead of Rs. 7,919,51. <BR><BR>2. The amount of paid-up share capital in item No. 17 of CFS was inadvertently mentioned as Rs. 7897.65 in all the columns. The correct amount is now mentioned. <BR><BR>Now the Company has submitted Revised Financial Results for Sept 30, 2015.
