| Ashoka Buildcon Ltd has informed BSE as under :<br/><br/>"Further to the announcement made by Ashoka Buildcon Limited ("Company ) on May 30, 2014, kindly note that Bid invited by South Bihar Power Distribution Co. Ltd and North Bihar Power Distribution Co. Ltd., Patna ("Authority"), the Company had emerged as the Lowest Bidder (L-1) for the 2 contracts having aggregate cost Rs. 665.00 Crore, have been cancelled and re-invited by the Authority The company had participated in the re-bidding process and has emerged as L-1 Bidder for the contracts having aggregate value Rs. 867.17 Crore as follows.<br/><br/>Bids invited by North Bihar Power Distribution Company Limited, Patna under Rural Electrification works under RGGVY Yojna for:<br/><br/>- District Paschim Champaran having quoted cost: Rs. 349.83 Crore <br/>- District Samastipur having quoted cost: Rs 380.84 Crore<br/><br/>Further the Company has also emerged as the Lowest Bidder (L-1) bidder for bid for Munger invited by South Bihar Power Distribution Company Limited, Patna, under Rural Electrification works under RGGVY Yojna. The quoted cost for the Project Rs. 136.50 Crore." | |
