Ashoka Buildcon Ltd has informed BSE that the Register of Members and Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from August 14, 2014 to August 26, 2014 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of Payment of Final Dividend and Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company to be held on August 26, 2014.<br/><br/>The amount of dividend, if declared at the AGM, will be paid on or before September 16, 2014.
