Ashram Online.Com Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on July 31, 2014, <br/>inter alia, has approved the following:<br/><br/>1. The Board considered the resignation letter dated July 05, 2014 received from one of the Directors, Ms. D. Hemamalini.<br/><br/>2. The Board approved the appointment of Mrs. Sangita Tatia as the additional Director of the Company with effect from July 31, 2014.<br/><br/>3. The Board considered, discussed and approved the on going business propositions.
