Ashram Online.Com Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on July 31, 2014, inter alia, to conduct the following business:<br/><br/>1. To consider and take on record the Unaudited financial results of the Company for the quarter ended June 30, 2014.<br/><br/>2. To fix the venue, date for conducting the Annual General Meeting and to fix the Book Closure date for the same.<br/><br/>3. To consider the resignation of one of the Directors Ms. D. Hemamalini.<br/><br/>4. To consider the appointment of Mrs. Sangita Tatia as the Additional Director of the Company.<br/><br/>5. To consider, discuss and approve the on going business propositions.
