Ashram Online.Com Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on July 31, 2015 to conduct the following business:-<BR><BR>1. To consider and take on record the Unaudited financial results of the Company for the quarter ended June 30, 2015.<BR><BR>2. To fix the venue, date for conducting the Annual General Meeting and to fix the Book Closure date for the same.<BR><BR>3. To approve the draft of Directors Report for the year ending March 31, 2015.<BR><BR>4. In terms of code of conduct after giving effect to the said circular adopted by the Company under Regulation 12(1 \ of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulation 1992,The trading window will be closed from July 20, 2015 to August 01, 2015 (both days inclusive) for the corporate event.<BR><BR>5. To consider, discuss and approve the on going business propositions.
