Ashram Online.Com Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 30, 2016 to conduct the following business:-<BR><BR>1. To consider and take on record the Audited financial results of the Company for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2016.<BR><BR>2. In terms of code of conduct after giving effect to the said circular adopted by the Company under Regulation 12(1 \ of SEBl (Prohibition of Insider Trading ) Regulation 1992,The trading window will be closed from May 21, 2016 to May 31, 2016 (both days inclusive) for the corporate event.<BR><BR>3. To consider the resignation of one of the Company's Directors Mr. Jetender.<BR><BR>4. To consider the appointment of Mr. Thadhalingam as the Additional Director of the Company.
