Asian Granito India Ltd has informed BSE that the next meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on October 31, 2014, inter alia, to consider and approve the following:<br/><br/>- To consider Unaudited financial results for the quarter and half year ended on September 30, 2014.<br/><br/>Further, per "Asian Granito India Limited - Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading the trading window of the Company will be closed from October 09, 2014 till 24 hours after the announcement of financial result to the public. The same is being informed to the Directors, Persons belonging to the Promoter Group and Designated Employees of the Company.
