Asian Granito India Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 30, 2015, inter alia, to consider and approve the Audited financial results for the financial year ended on March 31, 2015 and to recommend final dividend, if any, on the equity shares for the said financial year.<BR><BR>Further as per Clause 36 of Listing Agreement and as per Asian Granito India Limited - Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading the trading window of the Company will be closed from April 28, 2015 till 24 hours after the announcement of financial result to the public. The same is being informed to the Directors, Persons belonging to the Promoter Group and Designated Employees of the Company.
