| Asian Granito India Ltd has informed BSE that the Register of Members and Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from September 25, 2014 to September 30, 2014 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of 19th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company to be held on September 30, 2014.<br/><br/>The e-voting period is from September 22, 2014 (10.00 A.M.) to September 24, 2014 (06.00 P.M.). During this period, the shareholders of the Company holding shares either in physical form or dematerialized form, as on cut-off date of August 29, 2014 may cast their votes electronically. The e-voting module shall be disabled by CDSL for voting thereafter. Consequently, the same cut-off date of August 29, 2014 will also record the entitlement of the shareholders, who do not cast their votes electronically, to cast their vote at Annual General Meeting on September 30, 2014. | |
